Our Main Journey

The Purpose Project

While each Pathway to Potential covers an important part of youth development, real, lasting change happens when these experiences come together on purpose. Rather than asking young people only what they want to become, The Purpose Project begins with a deeper question: Who are you becoming?

“Who am I?”

Discover

Young people explore their identity, values, strengths, gifts and aspirations, recognising that their circumstances do not define their future.

“What can I become?”

Develop

Participants build life skills, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, communication skills and healthy decision-making habits.

“How can I serve others?”

Lead

Young people move beyond personal growth to community leadership — leading by serving others and mentoring their peers.

“How can I leave my community better than I found it?”

Impact

Participants apply their knowledge, skills and values to create lasting change through entrepreneurship, new ideas and community service.

No Young Person Walks Alone

Whatever a young person's starting point, we walk alongside them with compassion, mentorship, practical support and hope. Help us reach more of them.
